Emily Finlay '11

Emily is an Art History major and an Italian minor. She studied abroad in Florence.  Her favorite place in Florence is the Piazzale Michelangelo, pictured here, which offers a panoramic view of the city.

Charles J. Frederick, III '11

Cee Jay is a Biology Major and an Italian Minor.  He is a Co-President of the Biology Club, member of MulePAC, and an avid golfer.  He studied abroad during the JanPlan in Verona and is seen here at a soccer game in Milan between Inter Milan and Sampdoria.

Marissa Kaplan '11

Marissa left the U.S. and made her way to Dijon, France in the fall of 2009. A Classical Civilization and French Studies double major, Marissa is also President of the Colby College French Club. Pictured here, she stands just outside the gates of Fontenay (the town in which "Chocolate" was filmed).

Sara Ramsay '11

Sara is a French and Anthropology double major. She studied abroad in Dakar, Senegal. On campus, she is involved in the Outing Club and the Pottery Club.

Olga Stepanova '11

Olga is an International Studies and French double major. She studied abroad in Dijon, and in Muscat, Oman the following semester (where this photo was taken). Olga is co-president of Colby's Model United Nations.

Alessandra Welker '11

Alessandra is a Psychology major with a concentration in Neuroscience and an Italian minor. She holds citizenship in the town of Massa Martana (PG), Italy and in Wellesley, Mass. She studied abroad with the ECCo program in Bologna, Italy. Here she is enjoying one of her favorite foods at Gelatauro in Bologna.
