The Library purchases and licenses materials in a variety of formats to support all areas of the curriculum as well as the general information needs of the Colby Community. Each academic department and program has a Faculty and a Librarian Liaison who work together to select library materials to support its programs. The Library encourages faculty, students, and staff members to use the following forms to suggest the purchase of library materials. Please check the online catalog first to see if your selections are already in our collection. New material that you suggest will be ordered as soon as possible after approval by the Library Liaisons who review all purchase suggestions before orders are placed. Suggestions for additional journals or newspapers are welcome and are reviewed by the librarians on an annual basis. SUGGEST BOOKS, AUDIO RECORDINGS, VIDEOS/DVDS, CD-ROMS, ETC.
