P.A.S.S. - Power Accounting Systems Software Instructions

Install P.A.S.S

1. Put CD in (If it does not automatically set itself up because of a different computer configuration then:
2. Double click on My Computer
3. Double click on CD-ROM
4. Double click on Setup File (starts installation)
5. Continue to click on next until fully installed

Launch P.A.S.S

1. Launch your P.A.S.S. by clicking the start icon on the screen
2. Go to Programs
3. Click on Power Accounting System Software
4. Click on your textbook to launch the software
5. Click on open
6. Select your problem
7. It asks you to enter user name [submit your first and last name for the username]
8. Click on browser (earth icon) which will bring up the instructions for the problem

The accounts toolbar is where you do Account Maintenance.

The journal toolbar is where you do journalizing.

The report toolbar option is where you must print the work and reports from.

After you have done your work and saved it, you can check your work by clicking on the key icon [check figures for the problem are supplied].
