Mindful Mules

Mindful Mules is a Zen meditation club that meets 4 days/week for 22
minutes. Mindfulness is about paying attention without judgment to
situations that are presented to us each moment. We respond to the
moment from a place of balance, rather than reacting from older
patterns. It is a great way to develop a non-judgmental and critical
approach to anyone who strives to achieve goals in their lives.

When we step outside of our own minds and not think, we create space
for continuous mental and physical equanimity throughout our life
journeys. To 'empty the mind' of all thoughts is a practice that
requires diligence! The purpose of this club is to experience how
meditation is beneficial in all realms of life, including health,
work, family, relationships, academics and athletics. For anyone who
feels stress, meditation may be your healthy option.
