The LeaderShape Institute is a six day intensive leadership development program that will engage you in exploring what leadership means, discovering your personal leadership style, developing and celebrating your passions and vision for the world, creating an action plan to bring your vision to reality, evaluating the role of integrity in leadership, and asking how you lead with integrity every day.

The Leadershape Institute will encourage and empower you to consider your role in your community and how you can create positive change by leading with integrity and a healthy disregard for the impossible.
