Hometown Press Releases

Part of Colby's media relations program involves notifying hometown newspapers of students' achievements. Hometown releases may be issued for students enrolling at Colby, making the dean's list, winning a scholarship or fellowship, going abroad, graduating, etc. To inform the Office of Communications of your preferred hometown newspaper, click here.

Students may request that hometown releases about them not be issued. To do so, e-mail pr@colby.edu.
