Due to an unexpectedly high yield on Colby's offers of admission to the Class of 2009, fewer students opting to live off campus, and a greater-than-anticipated number of students returning from leaves of absence, Colby has leased a building near campus to house 68 students during the 2007-08 academic year.  For more information on the Colby Gardens, click here
