Room Draw 2012-2013

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE 2012-2013 ROOM DRAW:

Wednesday February 1, 2012 to Friday February 10, 2012-Special Interest Housing sign up  

Special Interest Housing Includes:
* Alfond Senior Apartments, applications are due on Friday, March 16th!
* Off-Campus Housing
* Substance-Free Housing
* Quiet Housing
* Mary Low Co-op

* Dialogue housing 

In order to qualify for entry to the Special Interest lottery you must fill out the Special interest Housing Form and all related agreements and/or applications.

Special Interest Housing Form

Please select Special Interest Housing based on the program and NOT the current residence halls, as those designations will be changing for the 2012-2013 academic year.  

In accordance with the SGA approved HFAC proposal, if you choose specialty housing as your first choice you will be entering into a binding agreement.This includes substance free, quiet, dialogue housing and Mary Low Co-op.If you decide to withdraw from it after building designations are determined, your lottery number will be moved to the bottom of your class year lottery.

If you are interested in being placed on the wait list in lottery number order to get or change your housing please complete this form and submit it to the Office of Campus Life no later than 4:30pm on Friday, May 4, 2012.  

If you currently have a room, you will NOT be removed from that room by being placed on the wait list.  You will only be removed from that room if you confirm a new room assignment with the Office of Campus Life.
