The Office of Equal Employment Opportunity supports the College's mission for equal opportunity and diversity in areas such as recruitment, employee education and development, complaint resolution, and special projects. Each year, this office provides the Dean of Faculty with demographic information of applicants for faculty positions. The 2010-11 summary data can be found here.
