Garrison-FosterWelcome!  We would like to give you a brief introduction to what your ColbyCard ID will do for you.  During your four years you will find that using your ColbyCard will be an important aspect of your daily life.  You will use your ColbyCard to gain access to residence halls and dining halls, check books out of the libraries, do laundry, buy postage, buy a soft drink, make photocopies, and make purchases at the Joseph Family Spa, Cotter Union Post Office, Bookstore, Library, and Health Center.  Please browse the topics listed to the left for additional information we hope will make owning and caring for your ColbyCard simple.

ATTENTION CLASS OF 2015 (*including new Faculty and Staff)

Students are encouraged to email their photos before August 2nd to the ColbyCard Office.  All photos submitted must be a recent color picture for your ID card.  The picture must show your face clearly with a light colored background:  your face must take up at least 80% of the picture, and must be identifiable as you.   No photos with hats or sunglasses accepted.  CLICK HERE to send your photo in JPEG (.jpg) format. *Faculty and Staff can submit a photo anytime!

Any problems or questions regarding your ColbyCard should be directed to ext. 4130 or you can stop by the card office on the lower level of the Garrison-Foster building at the Office of Financial Services.
