Colby's Environmental Advisory Group (EAG) provides a framework through which members of the Colby community can bring environmental and sustainability issues and projects to the attention of the College. Click here to learn how to submit your idea for consideration.
Clean Air-Cool Planet, a science-based, nonpartisan nonprofit, creates partnerships to implement solutions to climate change and to build constituencies for effective climate policies and actions. CA-CP is the Northeast region's leading organization dedicated to finding and promoting solutions to global warming, and Colby is a partner since 2003.
In 2007 Colby's Environmental Advisory Group produced this video for the National Wildlife Federation's "Chill Out" contest. Steve Tatko '10 guides viewers through highlights of Colby's efforts to combat global warming, from geothermal wells to light bulb exchanges. (Video, 2 minutes)
