All CER operations, protocols and S.O.G.s are specified in the (pdf) This document has been approved by CER's over-seeing medical facility (the Colby Health Center) to act as the basis for all CER operations. If there are any questions or uncertainties, please divert to this source. It is assumed that all active CER members are familiar with, abide by and understand the implications of deviating from its contents. Please do not hesitate to contact the CER Rescue Chief if you have any comments, questions or concerns.
