Caroline M. Mathes has worked in the nutrition field since earning her degree at the University of New Hampshire in 1980. She's been a registered dietitian since 1985 and licensed in Maine since 1994. She has 8 years experience as a clinical dietitian at several institutions in New Hampshire. Her current interests are in sports nutrition, eating disorders and weight management. Past experiences include cardiac care, diabetes, pregnancy and elderly concerns. She has been a certified fitness instructor from 1990 - 1996. Caroline brings her experience as a nutritionist, wife of a Colby professor and mother of three to assist Colby students for their nutritional needs.
