• The athletic department facilities are open to all faculty and staff members with a valid Colby ID, and on a limited basis to family members. For details please contact Wendy Aucoin at extension 4924. Restricted times may occur when the schedule of team practice, intercollegiate, intramural or club contests conflict.

• Pay - pay checks for hourly-paid staff are issued every other Thursday and cover hours worked for the previous two weeks. Pay checks for monthly-paid staff are issued on the last working day of each month. Please refer to the handbooks for more information.
