The Office of Human Resources develops and coordinates employment, labor relations, compensation, occupational safety and health, and staff development programs to maximize the effectiveness of the human and financial resources available to support the mission of the College.

Benefits - Enrollment Information about benefits including health insurance, life insurance, flexible spending accounts and retirement savings plans.  The "Benefit Summary" summarizes of the benefits and general terms of employment, designed to provide candidates for administrative and support staff employment with key information.

Employment - contains listing of current position openings, position descriptions, how to apply and general  guidelines for the Recruitment, Selection, and Appointment of Administrative and Support Staff .

Recruitment - Guidelines for supervisors in order to provide continuity and consistency for the recruitment process, the handling of applicants, and the impressions developed about Colby. The Office of Human Resources  will assist supervisors with all areas of the recruitment effort.

Staff Handbook - An on-line handbook for administrative and support staff, containing information about college employment practices, procedures, benefits, policy statements, and general administrative services information.

Summary Annual Reports - Electronic versions of the annual reports on Colby's benefit plans.

Workplace Advisory Group - The Workplace Adviser Program provides a neutral person who can offer confidential and informal assistance to employees wishing to raise and discuss work-related issues.
