CMR - Voice Mail Instructions

                    Colby's New Call Pilot System
VM4100

In 2009, Colby upgraded voice mail to Nortel Call Pilot. Student room phones no longer have voice mailboxes replaced by Call Waiting.  [ Learn More ]  Calls to phones with voice mail are diverted when the line is busy or not answered within 4 rings.  Most office phones show a flashing light indicating a message, older analog phones have a stutter dial tone.  Old messages are deleted each night.
NOTE: Colby prohibits the use of voice mail for commercial, unlawful or inappropriate purposes.
