 | Used to place a caller on hold, extension button will show blinking arrow. |
 | Like switch-hook, used to hang-up or, more politely, release calls. |
 | To program phone settings such as display contrast, volume, language, key click, etc. |
 | Like a 'speaker phone' allowing handsfree conversation. With handset in cradle, press to obtain dialtone then dial party. Press while on call to toggle Mute on and off. |

 | Transfer a caller to another campus extension. Press Transfer and at dial tone, dial extension. At ring, press Transfer immediatly for instant transfer or announce call then press Transfer and hang up. |
 | Pick up a ringing telephone other than your own within your office area. |
 | Auto dial button which allows a frequently dialed number to be programmed to the button. |
 | When a line is ringing, press to see caller ID display before answering. |
 | The phone's secondary line. |
