Macintosh 10.2 - Duplex Printing

 

As part of the College's green computing initiative, duplex (double-sided) printing is recommended whenever possible.

  • At the print screen click on Copies & Pages and choose Duplex from the drop down list
    • Note - if Duplex is not listed you may need to activate that feature in the printer setup.
      See steps 12 and 13 of Adding a printer.

  • Check Print on Both Sides

Define preset window

  • To save these settings as a Preset
    • Click Standard and choose Save as from the drop down list
    • Enter a name for the Preset
    • Click OK

  • Now the Preset named Duplex (or the name you entered) will always be available from the drop down list in the Print window
