Macintosh 10.5 - Duplex Printing

As part of the College's green computing initiative, duplex (double-sided) printing is recommended whenever possible.

1) At the print screen click on Copies & Pages and choose Layout from the drop down list

2) Next to Two Sided:, choose Long-Edge Binding

3) To save these settings as a Preset

     a) Click Standard and choose Save as from the drop down list

     b) Enter a name for the Preset and click OK

     c) Now the Preset named Duplex (or the name you entered) will always be available from the drop down list in the Print window

 4) Click Print
