1. What is Google 2-step verification?
2-step verification adds an extra layer of security to your Colby Apps Account by requiring a second piece of information - typically a numeric code sent to a cell phone – as well as your username and password when you sign in. This means that if someone steals or guesses your password, the potential hijacker still can't sign in to your account because they don't have your phone or online access codes.

3. How to log in to email.colby.edu using this?
Go to email.colby.edu and sign in using your colby username and password.Then you will be asked to enter the verification code which you received from Google. Enter the code, and click "verify".
