As part of the College's green computing initiative, duplex (double-sided) printing is recommended whenever possible.
- At the print screen click on Properties
- Depending on the make and model of the printer the following screens may look different

- HP 4000, 4050, 4100 require the duplex option be selected for each print job

- Choose the Layout tab
- Select Flip on Long Edge
- Click OK
- HP 4200, 4250 allow the user to save the duplex setting

- Choose the Finishing tab
- Check Print on Both Sides
- Enter a name for this Print Task Quick Set (ex. Duplex Print)
- Click Save
- Click OK
