SSH File Transfer Client, Colby's preferred SFTP program, allows you to transfer your files to the Colby web server, colby0. To upload files to your Colby personal directory, you must first activate it. To upload files to a Colby department directory, you must first get permission to access the directory by filling out the Web Project request form. If necessary, follow the installation directions below. - Launch SSH File Transfer Client from the Start -> Programs menu
- Click Quick Connect in the toolbar
- Enter the Host Name: colby0
- Enter your network username
- Click Connect

Enter your network password -
Click OK  -
The left-hand column displays files on your computer, the right-hand column displays files on the web server -
To upload to your personal directory double click on public_html -

On the left-hand side, browse to the file you want to upload -
Drag the file from the left-hand column to the right-hand column -
Transfer is complete 
- Go to Start -> Run
- Type \\fileserver1
- Browse to \\fileserver1\Software\Windows\SSH client
- Double click on the executable SSHSecureShellClient-3.2.9.exe
- Complete the installation process following the default settings
- Download the installer from the Official Download Site
(Choose SSHSecureShellClient-3.2.9.exe) - Click OK to save to desktop
- Double click on the executable and follow the default settings
