Emerging Leaders Program

The Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) is designed to recognize and develop the leadership potential of first and second year students at Colby Collge. Through a series of workshops, the program will allow participants to develop new leadership skills, group dynamics skills, and civic engagement skills and become familiar with and discover their own leadership interests and styles.
