Transcripts
Official transcripts of Colby academic work are sent from the Office of the Registrar. An official transcript contains a listing of courses taken and credits and grades awarded and does not contain any notations on disciplinary action or on Committee on Academic Standing actions, which are recorded on the unofficial transcript retained by the College. Transcripts are available upon written request by the student. There is no charge for the transcript itself; fees will be assessed for special requests such as immediate delivery or transmission by overnight courier or fax. (It should be noted that a transcript sent via fax is not official.) A copy of the student’s unofficial record can be obtained at the Office of the Registrar upon presentation of a Colby ID card.

All courses given credit toward the Colby degree will be listed by title, credits earned, and grade received on the Colby transcript. Grades will be converted in U.S. form.
