The Joseph Family Spa serves a full menu of sandwiches, pizza, and grill items in addition to sushi, fresh coffee, and ice cream. Daily specials are listed on the menu board located near the serving area. The lower level of the Spa is frequently used for small performances such as comedians, Colby’s a cappella groups, Colby Improv, and the Colby Handbell Choir. Events can be booked in the Spa by using the Colby Web event placement form or by contacting the Office of Scheduling. The Spa may be scheduled outside of regularly scheduled operating hours. If it is scheduled during closed operating hours, a fee will be incurred to operate the Spa. All events must be approved by the Spa manager.
