In order to be considered for accommodations through Colby College, students must first submit documentation of the disability according to College guidelines and meet with Joseph Atkins, Assistant Dean of Students, to discuss accommodation requests. Students who would like information about the registration process should contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

4. Student meets with Dean Atkins to determine eligibility under College guidelines and discusses accommodation process. Once eligibility is determined students do not need to meet with Dean Atkins again unless accommodation changes are being requested.
5. If determined eligible, student requests accommodation and fills out and returns the request for accommodations (this is mailed to the student at the start of each semester and must be filled out within the first two weeks of classes each semester).
6. Dean of Students Office prepares letter of accommodation.
7. Students pick up letters and hand deliver to faculty.
