• Complete and submit this form to reactivate your application. Your name and address should be displayed prominently on any communications.
• It is not necessary to submit another Common Application as we still have your previous forms on file.
• It is not necessary to submit another application fee.
• Students who have matriculated in any degree-granting program worldwide should reapply as a transfer candidate. Those who have not matriculated in a degree-granting program should apply again as first-year students.
• All students seeking financial aid must reapply for financial aid each year. Information and forms are available on-line.

REQUIRED MATERIAL

• Official, final copy of your high school transcript.
• Official transcript(s) of additional academic work completed since high school.
• Personal statement indicating your reason for reapplying.
• Update of your plans during the time since initial application.
• Any personal information that will help Colby's Admission Committee reassess your application.
• Transfer students only: "Dean's Statement" (see transfer application) indicating that you are in good academic and social standing at your current school. This must be updated each time you apply.
• Financial aid: You must apply for financial aid every year (check requirements).
