International (Non-Canadian) First-Year Applicants
Though financial aid for international students is limited, Colby awarded nearly
$5 million in institutional grant aid to more than 100 international students in the 2011-12 academic year.
Financial aid is awarded to students based on the amount of each family’s financial need, as determined by the College. If you receive need-based grant aid from Colby, you may also be eligible for assistance with summer living and travel expenses.
Documents can be sent via the mail, fax (207-859-4828), or scan/email as a PDF to finaid@colby.edu. Please include the name of the student on all application materials. Colby College does not participate in the College Board's Institutional Documentation Service (IDOC).
