The Alumni Directory is for official College and Alumni Association use and for individual communication of a personal nature between members listed herein. Use of this directory for any other purpose, including but not limited to reproducing and storing in a retrieval system by any means, is in direct violation of copyright and constitutes misappropriation of corporate property.
Once you register, you will not be able to change your user ID (you will be able to change your password). Please make sure it is typed exactly as you want it before you click on "Complete Registration!"
Register now. If you have not registered to use the Alumni Directory, you will need your registration number, which is the seven-digit number printed above your name on your Colby magazines. Search now. The more information you enter, the more refined a search you perform. However, if you are looking for someone and are uncertain about any of that person's information, search with fewer fields (e.g., last name only or first and last name). If you include class year in your search, you need to enter all four digits (e.g., 1980, not '80).
View your directory listing and use the update feature to make any changes. This is an easy way to provide Colby and your fellow alumni with current personal information and professional or academic accomplishments.
You may bookmark directory listings as an easy reference for future visits—no need to search over and over for the same friends and contacts. This is a great way to keep up-to-date on what others are doing!
Parents of current Colby students or graduates up to three years out are included in the alumni online directory. This will allow parents to make themselves available, if they choose, to students and young alumni seeking internships or career advice, and it will expand the Colby networking community. When you search the directory, a class year appears to the right of each alum's name (e.g., 1983). After a parent name, the letter "P" and the last two digits of the student's class year appear (e.g., P 08), enabling you to distinguish alumni from parents. If an individual is both an alum and a Colby parent, only his or her own class year will appear.
