G. Calvin Mackenzie (government) was in Vietnam 40 years ago as a member of the U.S. Army. Now he’s going back. Mackenzie was awarded a Fulbright Scholar grant to lecture at the Vietnamese Academy of Social Sciences in Hanoi this spring and to assist major Vietnamese universities in developing American studies programs.
