Bowdoin women's soccer tops Colby
WATERVILLE, MAINE --
Junior midfielder Hillary Smith (Denver East/Denver, Colo.) had two goals and one assist to lift the Bowdoin College women's soccer team to a 6-1 New England Small College Athletic Conference victory over Colby College on Saturday.
Bowdoin, ranked 21st in NCAA Division III, moved to 10-2-1 overall and 5-2-1 in the league.
Cedar Goldman (Milton Academy/Newton, Mass.) had one goal and one assist for the Polar Bears, who led 3-0 at halftime.
Kara McCabe (Taft School/Watertown, Conn.) scored her first collegiate goal for Colby (5-8, 1-7).
