Lasell men's basketball downs Colby

NEWTON, Mass. --

Evans Cazeau finished with a game-high 20 points to pace Lasell College to a 78-69 home victory over Colby College in men's basketball Tuesday night.

Demetrius DeJesus added 15 points for Lasell, which led 39-37 at the break.

Patrick McGowan (North Attleboro/North Attleboro, Mass.) had 19 points, including 4-for-6 3-point shooting, to lead Colby. Andrew Jenkins (Gorham/Gorham, Maine) finished with 15 points and six rebounds, while Kevin Crosman (Morse/Bath, Maine) had nine points and six boards. Matt Forlizzi (St. John's Prep/Danvers, Mass.) also had nine points for the Mules.

Colby will play at Middlebury College this Friday at 7 p.m.
