Colby runners compete at NCAA Championships

NORTHFIELD, Minn. --

Junior Nat Brown (Wellesley/Wellesley, Mass.) finished in 119th place for the Colby College men's cross country team at the NCAA Division III Championships at St. Olaf College on Saturday.

Brown completed the 8-kilometer course in 26:35.0. Trinity's Ryan Bak won the NCAA title with a time of 25:01.1.

For the Colby women, Mary Phelps (Piedmont/Piedmont, Calif.) placed 120th in the 6-kilometer women's race. She had a time of 23:37.3. Wartburg's Missy Buttry won the women's race in 20:17.3.
