WATERVILLE, MAINE --

Hannah Stauffer (New Canaan, Conn.) scored in the first five minutes of the game and Williams College added two more goals for a 3-0 victory over Colby College in New England Small College Athletic Conference action Sunday.

Stauffer got her goal off an assist from Kate Harkey (Nashville, Tenn.) just 4:46 into the game. Harkey scored the second goal about nine minutes later at 13:38 for a 2-0 Williams (7-2, 4-1 NESCAC) lead.

The Ephs closed out the scoring with 4:37 left in the game when Ann Woods (Hopkinton, N.H.) scored on a 25-yard shot off a pass from Sharla Dodd (Seattle, Wash.).

Colby (3-5, 1-4 NESCAC) plays a non-conference game Thursday at 4 p.m. at St. Joseph's.
