WATERVILLE, Maine --

Colby College men's basketball great Rick Fusco '83 will have his uniform retired before Saturday's home game between the Mules and Tufts University at Wadsworth Gymnasium.

Fusco and his family will be in attendance for the 3 p.m. ceremony just before the Mules and Jumbos play a key New England Small College Athletic Conference game.

Fusco holds the Colby, State of Maine and New England Division III records for career assists at 817 and his 260 assists in the 1981-82 season is also a record.

Fusco currently lives in Groton, Mass., with his wife Kim '85 and daughters Allison and Jennifer. Fusco's hometown is Revere, Mass.
