Golf team third at CBB tourney

WATERVILLE, Maine --

Bates College had a team score of 212 over nine holes in the rain-shortened Colby-Bates-Bowdoin (CBB) Golf Tournament at Waterville Country Club on Saturday.

Bowdoin was second with a 216 and Colby had a 221.

William D. Younker II carded a 42 over nine holes to lead the Mules. Dave Salmon had a 43 and Matt Wahl a 44 for the Mules. Matt Aschaffenburg, Greg Dupuy and Eric Legere all had a 46 for Colby.
