Husson first, Colby fifth at Sid Farr Invite

WATERVILLE, Maine --

St. Joseph's College golfer Joe Manganaro took low medallist honors and Husson College won the tournament at the Sid Farr Invitational at Waterville Country Club on Sunday.

Manganaro carded a 68 to win individual honors by two strokes over Husson's Cory Poulin.

Bill Younker and Eric Legre each had a 79 for Colby, while Greg Dupuy had an 80.

Team results: 1. Husson 74 (modified score), 2. Southern Maine 56, 3. Bowdoin 39, 4. St. Joseph's 36, 5. Colby 34.

Colby results: Bill Younker 79, Eric Legre 79, Greg Dupuy 80, Dave Salmon 84, Matt Aschaffenburg 88
