In Nordic skiing, the Colby men had a consistent day and placed seventh overall in the 20K classic.
Lathrop, with twin sister Jenny not racing this weekend, had a two-run total time of 2:10.35 in helping Colby place sixth in the giant slalom team standings. Siri Ashton was 28th in 2:14.56 and Caitlin Healy took 30th with a 2:15.24.
Eric Fitz led the Colby men's Nordic team with a 25th-place finish in 34:46.6. Fred Bailey was 30th for Colby in 35:10.3, Kris Dobie was 34th with a 35:35.4 and Jeff Alden took 36th in 35:53.0.

The Colby men's alpine team finished in eighth place and had a rough day with their top three skiers. Warner Nickerson, who had won five of the seven races held this year coming into the event, was seventh after the first run. Nickerson, however, had problems on his second run and finished in 50th place. Robert Saunders and Charlie Reed each did not finish their second runs for Colby.
Rory Kelly led the men's alpine team with a 23rd in 2:07.33.
