Colby women's soccer
WATERVILLE, Maine --
Sara Thiede (Lewisburg, Pa.) scored with 5:41 left in the game to lift unbeaten Trinity College to a 2-1 win over Colby College in New England Small College Athletic Conference women's soccer Saturday.
Colby (2-1-1, 0-1-1 NESCAC) scored 5:06 into the game when first-year forward Laura Williamson (Manchester, Conn.) got her third goal of the season off an assist from Amanda Walsh (Salem, Mass.).
Trinity (4-0, 2-0) midfielder Kate Salottolo (Bethel, Conn.) scored with just 2:57 to halftime for a 1-1 tie at the break.
