Colby women's tennis loses to Amherst

AMHERST, Mass. --

The Amherst College women's tennis team improved to 4-0 with a 9-0 shutout win over visiting Colby College on Saturday. The Jeffs swept every set on the afternoon in both singles and doubles.

Junior Rachel Holt continued her hot play with a 6-2, 6-1 victory over Colby No. 1 Allison Dunn, and teamed with classmate Tristan Hedrick to down Colby's No. 1 doubles pair, Dunn and junior Nikki Patel, 8-3.
