TRINITY MEN'S HOCKEY BEATS COLBY, 4-2
WATERVILLE, Maine --- Trinity College scored two goals in the first 1:26 of
the third period to turn a 2-1 deficit into a lead on the way to a 4-2
victory over Colby College in men's hockey Friday night at Alfond Arena.
Trinity (13-2), ranked 10th in the Division III national poll, got 41 saves
from senior goalie Douglas Kisielius (Park Ridge, Ill.).
With the 15th-ranked Mules (10-4-1) holding a 2-1 edge after two periods,
Trinity scored just 18 seconds into third period play on a goal by Joseph
Ori (Niles, Ill.). Greg Camarco (S. Windsor, Conn.) tallied at 1:26 for the
eventual game-winning goal. Cameron Finch (Acton, Mass.) added an empty net
goal with 22 seconds left.
Nick Bayley (Cambridge, Ontario) and Patrick Walsh (Easton, Conn.) had
second period goals for Colby, which had a 43-17 advantage in shots. The<>
lone goal in the first period came from Trinity's Kevin Hathaway.
