Mullin had a time of 1:44.00 in finishing behind Tufts' Brett Baker, who had a 1:41.53.
Jabez Dewey took third place in the 100-yard backstroke in 51.66, an NCAA 'B' cut qualifying time. Dewey was slightly faster in the prelims with a 51.57.
Justin Dubois placed seventh in the 400-yard individual medley with a 4:15.19 clocking (4:13.49 in prelims). Mitch Bartkiewicz was 16th in the same event for Colby. Meanwhile, Chris DeSantis was 15th in the 100 breaststroke (1:00.87).
Colby's 800-yard freestyle relay team was sixth, while the 200 medley relay squad was seventh.
