Wesleyan men's soccer defeats Mules, 2-0

MIDDLETOWN, Conn. --- Wesleyan University scored two goals in the final 25 minutes of the game to take a 2-0 victory over Colby College in NESCAC men's soccer Saturday.

Brandon Smith scored with 25 minutes left for the eventual game-winning goal. Matt Nevin got an insurance goal with 10 minutes remaining.

Matt Gnall stopped two shots for the Wesleyan (6-2, 3-2) shutout. Josh Kahane made five saves for Colby (4-4, 1-4), which plays at Williams College on Sunday at 1:30 p.m.
