Colby men's soccer tops Trinity in overtime, 1-0
WATERVILLE, Maine ---- Colby College forward Monty Hankin (Canandaigua
Academy/Canandaigua, N.Y.) made his first game of the season a memorable
one on Saturday.
Hankin, who had missed the first three games with an injury, scored in
overtime in the 103rd minute to lift the Mules to a 1-0 victory over
Trinity College in New England Small College Athletic Conference men's
soccer play.
Colby (2-2, 1-2 NESCAC) goalkeeper Josh Kahane (Newton North/Newton, Mass.)
was credited with 14 saves. Trinity keeper Zac Trudeau (Milton
Academy/Norwell, Mass.) also played well with nine stops.
Trinity fell to 1-4 overall and 0-3 in league play.
