Colby women's stays unbeaten with victory over Trinity

HARTFORD, Conn. --- Libba Cox (Guilford, Conn.) scored about seven minutes into the game to help the Colby College women's soccer team stay unbeaten on the season with a 1-0 victory over Trinity College on Saturday.

The Mules are 3-0-2 overall and 1-0-2 in New England Small College Athletic Conference play. Colby has allowed just one goal in the three NESCAC contests. Trinity fell to 1-5 overall.

Colby goalkeeper Liza Benson (Orchid, Fla.) made five saves for her third shutout of the season. Trinity keeper Tara Finucane also had five saves.
