Heidi Godomsky, Head Coach
Heidi Godomsky begins her eighth year as head coach of Colby Field Hockey. During her tenure at Colby, Godomsky has worked to rebuild the field hockey team. In particular, she has focused her efforts on recruiting, strengthening the schedule and improving the overall competitiveness of the program. Godomsky has also been responsible for the reconstruction of Crafts Field, which will enable Colby to boast one of the best grass playing surfaces for field hockey and women's lacrosse in the Northeast. Godomsky earned a degree in government in 1991 from The College of William and Mary. While an assistant coach at Trinity College from 1991-1993, she earned a master's degree in history, focusing on the history of women's sports in the United States, Title IX and gender-equity. Godomsky also serves as the head coach of women's lacrosse.
