Jen Holsten begins her sixth year as head coach of the women's ice hockey program. During her first season as head coach, Jen led the team to a berth in the ECAC Division I playoffs. A native of western Massachusetts, Jen was a three-sport varsity athlete at Colby. She holds a bachelor's degree in government and earned a master's degree in education with a concentration in athletic administration at Springfield College. While at Springfield, Jen served as a graduate assistant coach for the women's soccer team. Before joining the Colby faculty, she was head coach of the women's soccer, ice hockey, and lacrosse programs at the Northfield Mt. Hermon School. Jen is also the women's head soccer coach at Colby.

Danilo Arcenas begins his second year as the assistant coach at Colby. Dan has coached hockey for 17 years and most recently came over from NESCAC opponent Wesleyan University. As the assistant coach at Wesleyan, Dan helped guide the women's hockey team to become a 1998 ECAC Division III finalist, 1997 ECAC Division III semifinalist, 1999 ECAC Division III quarterfinalist, 1999 ECAC South Division champion and three-time "Little Three" champions. During his final year at Wesleyan, Dan was also the assistant men's lacrosse coach, which was a 2000 ECAC Division III finalist. In addition to hockey, Dan has served as assistant coach to the Colby's women's lacrosse team, which was a 2001 Division III NESCAC semifinalist and a 2001 Division III ECAC semifinalist.
