Mark Serdjenian, Head Coach
Mark Serdjenian enters his 26th year of coaching the Colby men's soccer program, having compiled a 186-137-30 record. Serdjenian, who graduated from Colby in 1973 with a degree in English, was co-captain of the team as a senior and was named All-Maine as a goalkeeper in each of his three varsity seasons. In 1990 he was named Maine and New England Coach of the Year after the White Mules completed the regular season undefeated and ranked number one in the region. He was also named 1993 Maine Coach of the Year. After 11 years in elementary education, he returned to Colby in 1984 to work in academics as the associate dean of students. He is a United States Soccer Federation licensed coach who holds the NSCAA's Advanced National Diploma. Serdjenian also directs Colby's popular summer soccer camps.
David Costa, Assistant Coach
David is 2001 graduate of Norwich University in Vermont. A native of Plymouth, MA, Coach Costa was captain of the men's soccer team at Norwich, where he majored in Physical Education with a minor in coaching.
