Colby Captain Ryan Boccuzzi '05
For the second straight year Ryan Boccuzzi '05 earns the rare honor of being the lone captain of the men's soccer team. In 2003 he was ranked third in NESCAC in goals per game and fourth in points per game with nine goals and three assists for 21 points. Boccuzzi was voted winner of the Mike Loebs MVP Award for 2003 by his teammates. Boccuzzi, a physics major, is from E.O. Smith High School in Storrs, Conn. He was an honorable mention selection to the 2003 National Soccer Coaches of America East Regional Academic All-America Team.
