Jennifer Holsten '90 recently returns for her 12th season as head coach of the Colby women's soccer team.

Over the past 11 seasons her teams have posted nine winning records, making Holsten the most-winning coach in program history. Up until three years ago the team had a string of six consecutive post-season appearances, including two in the NCAA Division III Tournament, and has had 14 players named to the NSCAA All-New England team.

A native of western Massachusetts, Holsten was a three-sport varsity athlete at Colby in soccer, ice hockey, and softball and earned a bachelor's degree in government. She holds a master's degree in education with a concentration in athletic administration from Springfield College. Holsten is also assistant coach of the women's ice hockey team at Colby.

Jennifer Clark is in her second year as assistant coach at Colby.

She previously served as head coach at the Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (Calif.) Colleges, where she coached from 2000-2003. In her second year, Clark helped the team to its first winning season in 10 years. In 2002 she led the team to the SCIAC Conference title and the team's first NCAA berth in school history.

Clark has also served as head coach at Christopher Newport (Va.) University, as well as assistant coach positions at the College of William and Mary and Stanford University. She was also assistant coach and a 1994 graduate of Dartmouth College, majoring in geography.

Clark is the Development Director for Grassroot Soccer and is a coach on the Maine Soccer Olympic Development Program. Clark also teaches a fitness, agility and strength training course at Colby.
